1. 条款说明

欢迎使用 配重助手（PlateMaths）。当你下载、安装或使用本应用时，即表示你同意受本使用条款约束。

如果你通过 Apple App Store 获取本应用，Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议（Standard EULA）也适用。本条款是对该协议的补充；如两者冲突，以适用法律和 Apple 平台要求为准。

2. 应用许可

在你遵守本条款的前提下，我们授予你一项有限的、非独占的、不可转让的、可撤销的许可，用于在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上个人使用本应用。

你不得：

• 以违法方式使用本应用
• 反向工程、反编译或试图提取源代码，但适用法律明确允许的除外
• 利用本应用干扰、破坏或尝试未经授权访问任何系统或数据
• 将本应用用于任何侵犯他人权利的行为

3. 功能与服务范围

配重助手 旨在帮助用户计算杠铃配片、保存器械档案、复用常用重量和最近记录，并通过 Widget 更快进入下一组。

我们可以在后续版本中增加、修改或移除部分功能，但会尽量避免破坏已购买内容的基本可用性。

4. Pro 功能与内购

配重助手 当前提供一次性付费解锁的 Pro 功能。Pro 功能可能包括多套器械档案、常用百分比流程、Favorite 入口、完整最近记录、iCloud 同步和高级 Widget。

付款、退款、税务和购买流程由 Apple 管理，并受 App Store 条款约束。你可以通过 App 内的“Restore Purchases”恢复可恢复的已购权益。

5. 用户数据与同步

你在 配重助手 中记录的大部分数据默认保存在你的设备本地。部分数据会通过 App Group 供 Widget 使用。若你手动开启 iCloud 同步，相关器械档案、常用入口和历史记录会通过 Apple iCloud / CloudKit 同步到你的设备之间。

你理解并同意：

• 你需要自行确认输入的杠重、盘片库存和目标重量是否准确
• iCloud 同步依赖你的 Apple ID、网络状态和 Apple 服务可用性
• 你对自己导出、截图、分享或转移的数据承担责任

6. 非医疗、非训练建议

配重助手 是配片计算和训练流程辅助工具，不提供医疗、诊断、治疗、训练计划或专业健康建议。你不应将本应用中的信息视为医学意见、训练处方或安全保证。

重量训练存在受伤风险。请根据自己的能力、器械状态和现场安全条件判断是否训练；如有健康、受伤、康复或训练安全方面的疑问，应咨询合格的医生、教练或专业人士。

7. 计算结果与器械差异

配片结果取决于你输入的杠重、盘片规格、库存和单位设置。不同健身房、不同品牌器械可能存在重量误差或标称差异。你应在实际训练前自行核对器械和重量。

8. 可用性与变更

我们会尽力保持应用可用和稳定，但不保证应用始终无错误、不中断或适用于你的所有目的。我们可以在法律允许范围内更新、暂停或终止部分功能。

9. 免责声明

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按“现状”和“可用”基础提供，不附带任何明示或默示保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权保证。

10. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，对于因你使用或无法使用本应用、依赖配片结果、训练受伤、数据丢失、同步失败或购买流程问题而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，开发者不承担责任。

如果适用法律不允许上述限制，则相关责任限制在法律允许的最大范围内适用。

11. 条款更新

我们可能会更新本使用条款。更新后的版本将在公布时生效。你在更新后继续使用本应用，即视为接受更新后的条款。

1. Overview

Welcome to PlateMaths. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms supplement that agreement.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.

You may not:

• Use the app in violation of law
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law
• Interfere with or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use the app in a way that infringes the rights of others

3. Scope of Service

PlateMaths is designed to help users calculate barbell plate loading, save equipment setups, reuse favorite loads and recent sessions, and continue faster through widgets.

Features may be added, modified, or removed in future versions, while we will try to preserve the basic usability of purchased content.

4. Pro Features and In-App Purchase

PlateMaths currently offers one-time paid access to Pro features. Pro features may include multiple equipment setups, percentage workflows, favorite entries, full recent history, iCloud sync, and advanced widgets.

Payments, refunds, taxes, and purchase processing are handled by Apple and governed by App Store terms. Restorable purchases may be restored using the in-app restore flow.

5. User Data and Sync

Most data entered into PlateMaths is stored locally on your device. Some data is shared with widgets through the app group. If you manually enable iCloud sync, equipment setups, favorite entries, and history may be synced between your devices through Apple iCloud / CloudKit.

You understand and agree that:

• You are responsible for checking bar weight, plate inventory, and target loads before training
• iCloud sync depends on your Apple ID, network status, and Apple service availability
• You are responsible for any data you export, screenshot, share, or transfer

6. No Medical or Training Advice

PlateMaths is a plate calculation and workflow aid. It does not provide medical, diagnostic, treatment, training-plan, or professional health advice. Do not rely on the app as medical advice, a training prescription, or a safety guarantee.

Weight training involves risk of injury. You are responsible for judging your ability, equipment condition, and training environment. If you have questions about health, injury, recovery, or training safety, consult a qualified professional.

7. Calculation Results and Equipment Differences

Plate loading results depend on your bar weight, plate definitions, available inventory, and unit settings. Equipment may differ between gyms and brands. You should verify equipment and weight before training.

8. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the app available and stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be updated, suspended, or discontinued where permitted by law.

9. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, reliance on loading results, training injury, data loss, sync failure, or purchase flow issues.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when published. Continued use of the app after publication means you accept the updated terms.
